I went through Cantrell’s to install new carpet in my basement. They were prompt to come to my house, measure, give a (very competitive) quote, and install. The installer was fast and did a great job. I am very satisfied with how the job turned out!

An entire gallon of white paint got spilled onto the floor at our office. I called these guys up and asked for help, and they showed up within an hour. An hour after that, it was immaculate like it never even happened. $149 to do an entire room (it rapidly got spattered after the spill). I'm literally in awe of the service that I received today. Incredible company, I'll never use anyone else from now on.

Cantrell' s carpet cleaning cleaned my moms white carpet a few weeks ago. They did such a great job i stole the card immediately and callled. They came out last night. My wife and I hired Cantrell's carpet cleaning to do a new carpet install upstairs in the home we bought. Originally we had them out to do a clean on the downstairs carpet. Since Cantrell also does installs, we asked. Here's the pros & cons from our shopping (my opinion of course): Lowes: No pressure sales. Lots of options. High price to low price carpet. Probably a reasonable deal if you can get the install on sale. Carpet One: Great folks on the sales floor. Lots of options. Unfortunately though, we didn't see many good but low price options. Probably would of worked with us more if we tried though. Cantrell: I liked the door to door service. Jason came out and dropped off samples. We asked for better samples and he came back with other options. We took the samples to Lowes for example and compared the quality and price. We found them to be competitive and sometimes better. The package price was reasonable so we decided to go with the independent (Cantrell). The install looks great. The carpet feels nice. The workers stayed late to finish the job. We have wrapped stairs with railings which are very complex, but they did a very good job wrapping them. Overall I'm very pleased with the install. I was a little nervous going with a smaller outfit, but they did an excellent job with great service. The fifth star would be there when / if they had more samples to choose from initially, however he was very patient as we worked it out.

I have used Cantrell's Carpet Cleaning twice over the last several months and could not be more impressed! With three dogs and a cat, my carpets and furniture really take a beating. I was required to have my carpet cleaned when moving out of my rental, much like the people that rented before me. I had taken pictures of the carpet when I moved in because there were many spots. After Cantrell's finished, it was cleaner than before. I have not had carpet cleaned in years so cannot judge the cost but it seemed reasonable. Will use them again.

Jason was wonderful! My 3 couches look bran new. They are not very old and I though they were pretty fluffy but, when Jason got down vacuuming and sucking all the dirt out.... Wow, even my husband said look how full, and new they look. I was so impressed when Jason was leaving; he was on his hands and knees wiping my hardwood floors, then vacuuming the area rugs all the way to the door. The only thing I would say, if you get the deodorizer it can be a strong smell for the first few days.
